1. On June 24, 2019, the Defendant, who purchased psychotropic drugs, decided to purchase phiphones from the name defective boxes ("B") known through the "telphones", and deposited KRW 4,50,000 to the C Bank Account (E) in the name of the company that notified the above person of his/her name in return for deposit at around 10:03 on June 24, 2019. After that, the place designated by the above person in return for multi-households on the first floor in the name inferior in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the place designated by the above person in return for the purchase of phiphones by directly searching approximately 0.5g of phiphones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On June 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.2g of the rophonephones purchased from the heading room of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them into the left cover by means of injection. (c) around June 25, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the rophones purchased at the same place, such as the foregoing paragraph (1) in the same manner. The Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the rophones purchased from the rophones purchased from the above place as described in the foregoing paragraph (1). (d) around June 26, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the rophones purchased from the foregoing paragraph (1) in the above manner.

1. At around 00:20 on November 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to contact a person who was unable to use his/her name (ID :K) with a smartphone-making type “componon;” and (b) decided to transfer the purchase price to a bank account in the name of “BBBBBBBN” name (L, hereinafter “M”); and (c) deposited KRW 400,000 in cash from a “D Bank dong Branch” type in Seoul Jung-gu P to a bank account in the name of “BBBBBBB” type.

Since then, the defendant is informed of the seller on the same day.
