A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Purchasing crypoids;
A. On February 15, 2019, the Defendant sent KRW 400,000 to the F bank account (G) known by the above winners of the E-bank CD machine located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, for the purpose of making contact with those who use “B” IDs to purchase psychotropic drugs.
The Defendant, after diving, was informed that the person who was above the name of the Defendant was hiding the philopon, moved to a Dolopon located in the Daejeon Pungsung-gu or lower, and the person who was above the name of the Defendant had approximately 0.5g philopon, which was hidden under the Dolop Dol Hand Handra.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.
B. On March 11, 2019, at around 20:02, the Defendant transferred KRW 400,000 to the E Bank account (I) in which the said person was informed of his/her name in the CD machine located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon.
At around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant had been informed that he had concealed a philophones, and had approximately 0.5 g of philophones attached to the Malop Malop, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, which had been moved to K of the Malopphones.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On February 6, 2019, the Defendant administered philophones by dilution approximately 0.1g of philophones into water, using a disposable injection device to the Defendant’s arms.
B. On February 1, 2019, between the beginning 01:00 to 02:00, the Defendant administered phiphonephones by dilution approximately 0.1g of the instant M with water and using a disposable injection device to the Defendant’s arms.
C. On February 1, 2019, at around 14:00 to 15:00, the Defendant’s dwelling at the Defendant’s dwelling located in Daejeon Jung-gu OBP, Q 0.1g of philopon in water.
