Punishment of the crime

The Defendant acquired 40,00 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: G) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired 5,30,000 won in total through the same method between April 12, 2013 and September 23, 2013 and from September 23, 2013.
