A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) at a drinking house in which it is impossible to know the trade name in the Yongsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, the Defendant: (b) “In-house, the Defendant was also the chairman of the Trade Union and Labor Relations Commission on the Old Day D; (c) in the E party, the Defendant was even a member of the F Assembly; and (d) was engaged in political activities.

On June 17, 2015, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 5,300,000,000,000 from the victim, including KRW 5,000,00,000,00,000,000,000 around September 10, 2015.

2. The Defendant, at the office of “H” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, in September 2015, would be paid to the said victim for six months in one month by lending KRW 30 million to the said victim.

“A false statement” was made.

However, there was no plan to operate a restaurant at the time, and there was no certain income or property, and there was no intention to pay the money for the cost of living, so even if the money was borrowed from the injured party, the Defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay it.

Around September 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; and (b) transferred KRW 30 million to the financial account (I) around September 14, 2015, to the victim, under the name of the Defendant.
