A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On March 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on March 12, 2015, and the execution of the above sentence was terminated on May 4, 2015.

1. On October 13, 2015, at around 00:10 on October 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was in the “E” drinking house for the victim’s D operation in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) was false to the victim who did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if the victim was provided with the two shares; (c)

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Resident Registration Act, was arrested by the police officer F in front of the H in Seocho-gu Seoul on the same day, around 00:30 on the same day by the police officer F, who was dispatched to the police after receiving a report from 112 from the time and place specified in paragraph (1) by having the two owners drink, and was drinking at the same time and place, without paying the purchase price.

As above, Defendant F was arrested as a flagrant offender from F and prepared a written confirmation related to the arrest of a flagrant offender in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho Police Station J District of the Seocho Police Station in Seocho-gu, Seoul. The Defendant stated “L” as his resident registration number, which is his resident registration number, of K, as his own resident registration number, and entered “K” in the confirmation column, and signed next to it.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising his/her right, and used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 2, submitted the signature of the said police officer to F, thereby exercising the signature of the said police officer.

1. The Defendant’s fraud, around 04:00 on February 25, 2016, shall pay the full amount at the “O singing shop” managed by the victim N in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu.
