A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special obstruction of performance of official duties by the Jeju District Court on July 1, 2018, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on July 11, 2018, and is still under suspension of execution.

1. Around 22:00 on April 25, 2020, the Defendant ordered two diseases in the “E” of the victim D operation of the victim C at Jeju, and thereafter, the Defendant ordered two diseases in the two weeks, and paid the price for two diseases in the two weeks.

However, at around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant changed the victim’s “the two-way shares.”

Additional charges will be calculated by themselves.

D. The Defendant, even if he was provided with the two shares additionally by the victim, did not have the intent or ability to pay the alcohol price. The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received approximately KRW 6.70,00 from the female, about KRW 4 disease, and he got the victim. On April 26, 2020, the Defendant, at around 00:30 on April 26, 202, had the victim demanded the payment of the alcohol price, followed it by being provided with approximately KRW 6.7 million. On the same day, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance until 01:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's above main business by force.

3. On April 26, 2020, around 02:30 on April 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was arrested and detained in the act of committing an act of fraud in front of the metropolitan detention room in the Jeju Dong Police Station; (b) while the Defendant was arrested in the above fraud case, the Defendant committed assault, such as the victim’s quith to the victim G, who was a slope belonging to the Fdistrict in the Jeju Dong Police Station; (c) on the ground that the Defendant wanted to file a defense against the victim G, who was a slope belonging to the F Zone in the Jeju Dong Police Station, the Defendant dumpeded the lock with his hand, leading him to the victim’s humba;

Accordingly, the defendant interferes with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
