A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence 1 to 4 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On July 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of 15 million won in violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, such as sexual traffic, at the Seoul Central District Court (the brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 28, 2017.

[2] The Defendant: (a) from September 29, 2017 to November 21, 201, operated a commercial entertainment business establishment under the trade name of “C” by leasing an officetel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from around November 201, and (b) from November 3, 2017 to around November 21, 201, the Defendant was a business owner operating a commercial entertainment business establishment; (c) from around November 3, 2017 to around November 21, 2017, the Defendant was a person who inspected the attendance status of the women employed in the said business establishment as a night office and provided a pre-contract for customers by phone and provided a guidance to an officetel used as a commercial entertainment place.

The Defendant and D shall start up from September 29, 2017 to November 21, 201 of the same year (Provided, That D shall start on November 3, 2017) for the purpose of office the building E head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and shall lease the same building H, I, and J head to a commercial sex acts place and advertise the above business on the Internet site, such as K, L, and L, with equipment to be used for commercial sex acts by leasing the same building H, I, and J head of the same Gu, and then receive 150,000 won from the male guests who found the advertisement and received 150,000 won from the male guests who found the advertisement, and directed male guests as the above officetels, leading them to the said sttel.

As a result, the defendant conspired with D to engage in commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
