Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 8012 / Defendant B is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of "P," and Defendant C is a person who works for the night office, such as by receiving customers' pre-contract calls and guiding customers, and is subject to an investigation as a business owner at the time of police enforcement. Defendants B, C, and D: (a) from July 29, 2016 to October 13, 2016, Defendants B, C, and D: (b) from around July 29, 2016, to around October 13, 2016; (c) from around August 28, 2016 to around October 13, 2016, Defendant C conspired with the said male customers to provide the said male customers with an advertisement including “R”, “S”, and “T”, and (d) from around September 26, 2016 to October 13, 2016; and (e) to provide the said male customers with an online advertisement including the said male customers, and (e) to provide the said male customers with an online advertisement including the said YM 207, 316, 411, 604, 701, 810, 812, and 813.
2. Defendant A’s act of aiding and abetting and abetting sexual traffic between October 5, 2016 and October 13, 2016, in operating a commercial sex business establishment described in the preceding paragraph between Defendant B, C, and D, Defendant C, along with the joint Defendant C, made efforts by facilitating joint Defendant B, C, and D’s act, such as cleaning officetels used as a place for sexual traffic, informing the joint Defendant C of the method of receiving telephone calls from customers, and inserting “after-sexual traffic” in the Internet website’s advertisement.
