A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:00 on May 20, 2013, the Defendant driven a Cropian car while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.102% without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of approximately 8km from the 06:10 on the same day to the front day of the west-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Do, Daegu, North-gu, Daegu, at around 06:10 on the same day.

2. On May 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was found to have driven a motor vehicle for drinking on the front side of the North Daegu-gu Incheon Northern City on May 20, 2013; (b) was discovered to have driven a motor vehicle for drinking; and (c) was demanded to produce a driver’s license from a slope E belonging to the Police Agency for the Gyeong-do Police Agency.

The defendant presented the first class ordinary driver's license of F in the name of the defendant, who is the old partner, under the name of the head of Daegu Provincial Police Agency, which is an official document in possession.

In this way, the defendant did not use official documents.

3. The Defendant forged private documents at the time, place, as described in Paragraph 2, stated in the “F” column for confirmation of the driver’s name by using a typesetting pen to indicate the “F” in the driver’s name column and sign it next to the name of the police officer.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged the letter of confirmation of the master driver report under F, a private document related to the certification of facts.

4. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in Paragraph 3, exercised the relevant investigation document as if he/she duly formed the forged report to the Gyeongbuk Provincial Police Agency, the expressway patrol team assistant E, who is aware of the forgery.
