Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. Around January 15:00 on January 6, 2013, the Defendant, along with B, opened a door-to-door warehouse located in B, and entered the door-to-door warehouse located in B, and carried a 6-year rice of KRW 240,000 at the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with B.

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to January 22, 2013, stolen property worth KRW 2,740,000, total market value by the same method eight times in total as indicated in the attached Table (i).

B. Around 15:30 on January 17, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and driven a vehicle with HK5 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a approximately seven km section from the front day of the net fire fighting boat located in the Ham Chang-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, North Korea, to the front day of the 17:00 on the same day through the F of the same Gun.

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to January 22, 2013, driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license over a total of five occasions, such as the attached list of crimes.

2. From January 6, 2013, around 15:00, Defendant B, along with Defendant A, opened a door that was not corrected in the warehouse located in the frontbuk-gun, and entered into the door, and carried 6 marries of rice amounting to KRW 240,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with A.

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to January 22, 2013, stolen the property amounting to KRW 1,980,000 at the market price by the same seven times in total, as described in the separate list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
