A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle BM520.
1. Around 23:40 on July 10, 2012, the Defendant driven the said SM520 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.123% from the 1km section from the roads of Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, to the 2001-do Gamsan-dong 2001, a Gamsan-dong, Seoul, to the front road.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dominated Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) were driven by the said SM520 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.123% of the blood alcohol concentration at the same time, the Defendant was driving the said SM520 vehicle at the same time and continued one-lane of the five-lane road in front of the Magsan Police Station at the Magsan Police Station at the geographical distance of the Magsan Police Station at the same time.
