A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A certificate of loan borrowed in the name of Licensed B;

A. A. On December 6, 2018, the Defendant forged a private document with the title “Franchisium” as a type of a “written stamp” as the type of a “written stamp” in a place where it is unknown at a place where it is impossible to know on the part of December 6, 2018, and with the promise to receive the said amount as the price for the corporate national card and to repay it by December 14, 2018.” On the other hand, the Defendant forged a copy of a loan certificate in the name of B, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising it by stating it as “B.”

B. Around December 6, 2018, the Defendant exercised the following events by photographing a forged loan certificate to C with the Defendant’s mobile phone and transmitting it to C’s mobile phone as if it was a document duly formed, with intent to receive money from C at a place unknown to him/her at a place.

2. Certificates of loan borrowed in the name of D;

A. On December 18, 2018, the Defendant forged private document: (a) the title “one million won in daily amount, and the above amount will be repaid not later than January 3, 2019,” which is written as “motor vehicle D” and then forged a copy of a loan certificate issued in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising D’s signature at will.

B. On December 18, 2018, the Defendant exercised the following: (a) the use of the falsified document by photographing C’s mobile phone as if he/she was a document duly formed with the intent to receive money from C at a place unknown to him/her; and (b) the use of the falsified document to transmit C’s mobile phone recording as if it were a document duly formed.
