Punishment of the crime

1. On March 8, 2019, from around 14:00 to 16:30 of the same day, the Defendants: (a) used a card 52 from “G office located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, and continued to receive a card by dividing up to 52 copies of each person’s four; and (b) obtained a card up to 7 in total; and (c) obtained a card at least 10,000 won in the manner of winning the highest score according to the prescribed rules; and (d) engaged in gambling 10,000 won in daily amount of KRW 10 to KRW 100.

2. On March 9, 2019, Defendant C’s non-indicted 1, 2019, while gambling as described in paragraph (1), expressed a false statement in the police station with the following words: “A and B, who made a criminal complaint by fraud”, “A and B, who made a bodily injury to the Defendant, took the charge of making a false statement.”

Around 14:00 on March 14, 2019, the Defendant reported that the fact was false to the effect that “B, A and card gambling was conducted, and B, A were satisfyed on their own necks, etc., and 2 million won in cash in the inner part of the house,” and during that process, the Defendant reported that “B, A and A got satisfy, etc. for two weeks of treatment,” and that “B, A and A got satisfy, etc. for two weeks of treatment.”

In this respect, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having B and A receive criminal punishment.

3. Defendant E, at around 13:00 on March 14, 2019, tried to first file a criminal charge against Defendant E by “K for a false accusation of B’s fraud and gambling.” B) At the scene of gambling, Defendant E’s request was made by the police station to “A by making a false statement at the police station to be punished for A” and consent was received, and at around 16:00 on the same day, Defendant E was investigated as an witness at the HH team office of the coast guard station of the coast guard station of the port north west-gu, Seoul.
