Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

From June 13, 2016 to 03:00 on June 13, 2016, the Defendants, along with D and E, obtained each of the cards from “G” offices located in Northern-gu, Northern-si, by using 52 card, and carried out two of them on the floor by using one of them, and draw up a gold equivalent to KRW 500 to KRW 30,000 each time he/she receives a card according to the order determined in comparison between numbers and pattern, and finally drawn up seven of the cards each of which he/she finally received each of them in accordance with the arrangement of numbers and patterns, with the highest order number or ten of the following methods:
