Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant works as the chairperson of the committee for the promotion of housing redevelopment improvement project in the area B of Orcheon-gu, Orcheon-gu.

1. The chairperson of a promotion committee or a project implementer, where the documents or related materials concerning the implementation of a rearrangement project, such as the operating rules of the promotion committee, the articles of association, etc., are prepared or modified, shall make them open to the public within 15 days via the Internet and other means so that the members, landowners, etc. or tenants may know, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant did not disclose the articles of incorporation, the minutes of the resident general meeting, and the B district service contract prepared as of February 14, 201 from December 15, 2006 to August 6, 2012.
