Defendant B is the head of the above game room, Defendant C is the employee of the above game room, Defendant C is the employee of the above game room, and Defendant D is money exchange.

1. No person who commits a single crime by a defendant A shall distribute or use, or display or store for such purpose, a game product with a content different from that of a game product rated by a meeting of the game product rating members;

2. No one who commits a joint crime by the Defendants shall engage in the business of exchanging, arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, Defendants A, B, and C conspired with each other from June 25, 2016 to the same year.

7. By July 7, the above H amusement room: (a) had the customers finding the above game room input cash in the "New Araban" game machine; (b) provided them with the game; and (c) stated points obtained by using the game water in "free use right"; and (d) the money exchange merchant Defendant D deducted 10% of the points obtained by the above customers from the use of the game water at KRW 5,000 per point.
