A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

In fact, the Defendant did not receive the offer of security from the owner D with respect to C Apartment 101, 702, which is located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul. 1. Crimes committed on June 24, 201;
