1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. From August 4, 2010, the parties’ status net C (hereinafter “the deceased”) received medical treatment at the Acheon Medical University Street Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) and died on August 8, 2010, and the Plaintiff A and B are the parents of the deceased, and the Defendant is a juristic person operating the Defendant Hospital.
B. On August 3, 2010, the Deceased’s examination and treatment at the Ethical clinic showed open symptoms, and was prescribed for drugs after he/she applied to the Ethical clinic and got a chest radiation test.
C. On August 4, 2010, the Deceased, on August 4, 2010, who was admitted to the Defendant Hospital, was in the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital. On the same day, on the same day, the Deceased continued to perform the above symptoms, and was placed in a clinic again, and was recommended to receive a higher hospital and received a written request for medical treatment, and then was transferred to the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital.
