1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

2. The plaintiffs are responsible for the total costs of the lawsuit after the filing of the appeal.

1. Basic facts

A. From August 4, 2010, the parties’ status net C (hereinafter “the deceased”) received medical treatment at the Acheon Medical University Street Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) and died on August 8, 2010, and the Plaintiff A and B are the parents of the deceased, and the Defendant is a juristic person operating the Defendant Hospital.

B. On August 3, 2010, the Deceased’s examination and treatment in the Ethical clinic claimed open symptoms by her chest, and was prescribed after her chest was inspected by her members in the Ethical clinic.

C. On August 4, 2010, the Deceased, after the completion and treatment 1, 2010, of the Defendant Hospital, was brought to the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital on August 4, 2010, and the symptoms continue to exist, and again was brought to the Ethical clinic, and the Defendant Hospital was recommended to provide medical treatment and applied to the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital on the same day at around 19:51 on the same day.

The above written request for medical treatment stated that “the deceased's chest and respiratory difficulty symptoms have occurred after he/she took a bath before the day, and thus, he/she is requested for detailed evaluation and treatment because he/she did not have any symptoms to be preserved, although he/she was given a preserved treatment.”

B) At the time of the death of the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital, the Deceased stated that “the Defendant Hospital was suspected of being cageed at cage cage cage at approximately four years ago, but was not caused by tuberculosis.
