Reasons
1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in the entry in Gap evidence 1 to 5 (including paper numbers) by reference to the whole purport of the pleadings:
The defendant is a non-profit medical corporation that operates the H Hospital located in Ansan-gu G (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Hospital") in Ansan-si, and the deceased I (hereinafter referred to as the "the deceased") was hospitalized at the Defendant Hospital and died on June 23, 2014.
