Defendant shall be sentenced to one year of imprisonment, and the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 3816"

1. On March 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act with respect to B automobiles, the Defendant purchased B B Benz automobiles from a person who was aware of a bus stop in front of the bus stops located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, Seoul, on the front of the bus stops in the B, to 6.9 million won, but did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do governor within 15 days.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not make an application for the registration of transfer of ownership even though he was acquired a registered automobile in collusion with C and D.

2. On March 2016, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do governor within 15 days, even though he/she purchased the e-mail from a person under the name that he/she became aware of on the front of an officetel located in the Goyang-dong-gu, Goyang-si, Busan, for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership even though he received the registered automobile.

On July 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution on July 23, 2016 by the Gwangju District Court for the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special indecent act).

The Defendant opened a mobile phone using another person’s identification card at the Defendant’s officetel in Seo-gu Ftel 645, Seo-gu, Gwangju, with G, H, and I, and exchanged a small amount of money on the Internet game site, and the mobile phone operator offered money by selling the mobile phone to the mobile phone operator.
