Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On November 19, 199, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months with special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on June 14, 2001, and 2 years from imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Daegu District Court on February 8, 2006, and 3 years from the Daegu District Court on February 5, 2006. On April 4, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years from imprisonment with prison labor for special obstruction of performance of official duties at the Daegu District Court on June 5, 2009.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) opened and intruded the entrance of a warehouse for storing agricultural products installed therein from around night to around August 24, 2014 from around August 25, 2014 to around August 25, 2014 at the residence of the victim F of the victim F in Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, and then used the entrance of the victim for storing agricultural products, which was installed therein, and then used the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, to be the victim’s possession, of 42 km, 100 km, 100 km, 100 km, 100 km, and 100 km, which was the victim’s market value, with agricultural products worth KRW 5460,000,000,000 from around July 27, 2013 to around 27, 2014.

3. A motor vehicle of which the defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on August 27, 2014.
