A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The pipe for the seized leaf tobacco shall be the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2009, the Defendant sentenced 2 years and 6 months to the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at Seoul High Court on April 10, 2009 and 4 months to the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on September 24, 2009, and completed the execution of each sentence at the Daegu Prison on February 9, 201.

"2013 Highest 6772" is not a person handling psychotropic drugs, and thus it is not possible to handle Metepopics and marijuana, a psychotropic drug, and the following handling of Handphones and hemps:

1. Crimes of purchasing phiphones;

A. On July 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant purchased a 300,000 won in front of a new apartment complex located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased a 0.4g gramopon, which was packed as plastic paper from A, in the front of a new apartment complex located in Jung-gu, Seoul.

B. On August 16, 2013, around 16:00, the Defendant purchased KRW 300,000 from the street in front of the calendar station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, on a fluorian basis, a philophone, packed as plastic paper from A, with approximately 0.4g of plastic phone.

2. Crimes of medication of phiphones.

A. On July 22, 2013, around 22:30, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased in the Defendant’s residence located in Jung-gu Seoul Central-gu P apartment 1007, 1305, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1(a), in a way that they are sent to can coffee.

B. On August 21, 2013, around 21:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams of philophones in a park near Qu Hospital in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the foregoing paragraph 1(a), by hanging them in cans and coffees.

C. On August 16, 2013, around 16:30, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased, as referred to in paragraph 1(b) of the aforesaid paragraph, in the calendar toilets located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, and melting them into a raw water and administering them into the blood transfusion.
