On March 28, 2016, at around 00:24, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km as the above vehicle, following the remaining pota in the same dong cancer, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.069 percent on the road in front of the 7080Rab Kabro-dong, Taegu, Daegu, Taedong-gu.
