Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2016, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol content of 0.118% during blood transfusion around 03:30 on September 30, 2016, driven B-learning car from the front side of another potae restaurant located in the original city of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, 7 Roon-ro, 18 Roon-ro, 500 meters away from the front side of the original city of Changwon-si to the original city of 500 meters.
