1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendants: (a) on the street before the Cheongju District Court Jeju District Court’s Cheongju District Court’s Cheongcheon-si Branch; (b) on the street, Defendant B driven a drunk and had police officers belonging to the Incheon Police Station Traffic Management Department undergo a non-examination and take a drinking test; and (c) the blood alcohol content level was 0.121% of the deposit subject to criminal admission; and (d) Defendant A her blood alcohol content level was derived from 0.121% of the deposit subject to the foregoing traffic control system’s blood content level

The military system is a community, and the respiratory measurement will be added once.

However, the police officer D and the chief police officer E belonging to the above traffic management system may conduct a blood collection test if he/she raises an objection to the dental system, but cannot re-introspect the respiratory measurement to the Defendants.
