1. Around 02:00 on March 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from the front side of the gold apartment, which is located in the Municipal Ordinance-Dong of Mancheon-si, the Defendant driven a car under the influence of blood alcohol concentration of 0.172% without a car driver’s license, from around 4km section to the road front of the Mandong Mandong-dong Mandong-dong Mandong-dong, 000 to drive the car.

2. On March 29, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) at the office of the Yacheon Police Station, at around 03:00, the police officer slopeF of the Yacheon Police Station, prepared a written test report and a drinking test result; and (b) stated “G” in the driver’s name column of the above drinking driver detection report without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her signature upon the Defendant’s request; (c) stated “G” in the driver’s name column of the above drinking alcohol measurement (measurement), “H” in the resident registration number column, “H” in the identification number column, and read “G” in the name column; and (d) stated the written report in the form of the person requesting the preparation of the written report, using the test color to write it, and then stated “G” in the name column, “the resident registration number column” in the “H” column.

As a result, the Defendant forged a report on the detection of a driver of G in the name of G, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, and a report on the measurement of alcohol(s) and a written statement.

3. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in Paragraph 2, delivered a forged driver detection report, drinking test report, written statement, etc. to the police officer assistantF belonging to the Macheon Police Station Estation, who is aware of the forgery, as if it were the document duly formed.

On March 25, 2013, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 3 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on March 25, 2013, and on May 29, 2014.
