Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a d discounted store, Inc., a livestock product sales company in Busan-gu C.

1. Any person who intends to engage in the business of making or re-divided meat extraction products while specialized in the sale of meat or packaged meat, and selling it directly to a final consumer, shall install facilities and report thereon to the competent authority;

Nevertheless, on April 16, 2014, the Defendant, without filing the aforementioned report, operated instant meat sales and processing business by inserting and heating water, etc. into the boness of cattle at the said DD discount store, and displaying 20 g of the charge (500g per factoring), which is a processed meat extract product packed in plastic containers, at the selling stand.

2. No livestock products, the expiration date marked on which has passed shall be sold, nor disposed of, processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported or displayed for sale;

Nevertheless, the Defendant kept 4.7kg of freezing Korea with the expiration of the distribution period at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1) for sale.

3. In indicating the date of manufacture, the period of distribution, the date of spawning, and other date of manufacture or distribution, no indication or advertisement of false contents shall be made;

Nevertheless, around April 2014, the Defendant placed a false indication on the package of 4.7kg of freezing worg at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) by re-putting the name of the Defendant on the package of 4.7kg of Korea, with the period of validity fixed on January 17, 2014; and on March 20, 2014; and on March 17, 2014, with the period of validity changed on May 18, 2014.

4. Where any meat sales business operator sells meat by packaging it in vinyl, etc., he/she shall indicate the kinds, sub-titles, grades, name of the slaughterhouse, packing date, distribution period and storage method of the meat;

Nevertheless, the Defendant displayed at the date and place mentioned in the above paragraph 1, and in order to sell 10 kh (5 kg per factoring) the livestock product.
