Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Force】 On June 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and 2 years of suspended execution, and is currently under suspended execution and has no specific occupation.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Larceny;
A. At around 13:00 on July 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off 80,000 won, cash owned by the victim C, such as one resident registration certificate, one copy of a driver’s license, and one copy of a driver’s license, in the joint new school library located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, 50, a 400,000,000 won of the market price, which includes 12 card such as a 12 card.
B. On August 8, 2016, around 17:10 on August 8, 2016, the victim D discovered one cell phone of LGG G2 non-testing-type 5,10,000 won in the market price owned by the victim D, which was being charged with an exhauster on the third floor of the Dongdaemun-gu Library Library 22, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and then stolen it.
C. On August 15, 2016, at around 18:53, the Defendant: (a) committed each theft in the order of 50,000 won of the market price owned by the victim E, which was connected to the cell phone charging unit on the first floor of the Central Science Information Center of Jongno-gu Seoul National University, Samsung Galle-si, which was charged with the relevant cell phone charging unit; (b) KRW 500,000,000,000 in the market price of Samsung Galle-si; and (c) KRW 60,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim F.
2. The Defendant, as seen above, entered the joint school library, the Seodaemun Library, and the Schip Central Science Information Center of the Schip University, respectively, with an intention to steals each of the respective temporary property described in paragraph (1).
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd three buildings managed by the person.
3. Embezzlements of lost possession; and
A. On July 22, 2016, the victim G Defendant was the first floor of the Seoul High Bus Terminal located in Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seocho-gu, 19-4 around 23:00.
