A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From August 2014 to November 2014, the Defendant was an employee at a singing room operated by the victim D, who was in Ansan-si, a member D, from August 2014 to his/her police officer.

On the 10th day of each month, the Defendant knew of the fact that the victim has kept cash in the instant singing book to pay employee benefits, thereby infringing on the said singing book to steals cash.

On March 10, 2015, at around 06:19, the Defendant intruded into a singing room through a singing window, which was not corrected, and used the key to the object box, and carried 170,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the victim's structure at night.
