Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant stolen a physical uniform at the member sports center in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and intruded into the said sports center by using it as if he were a member, and committed so that he was aware of the key to the right and the money and valuables of the members of the sports center.
