A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 29, 2013, at around 13:00, the Defendant parked the Defendant’s car in the latter part of the apartment house located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with the Defendant’s rank attached, installed a portable pen with the Defendant’s ability to wear the Defendant’s Kamera function on the front knife, and taken the Defendant’s body against the Defendant’s will, for about 29 minutes, taken pictures of the form of sexual relationship between the victim D (n, 46 years of age) and the said vehicle with the image to cause sexual humiliation or shame.

2. At around 14:00 on November 6, 2013, the Defendant taken pictures of the form of sexual intercourse between the victim and the above vehicle for about 18 minutes and about 58 seconds by the foregoing method, but attempted to take pictures against the victim’s will, on the wind that does not take the body part of the victim’s body, or against another person’s body that may cause sexual humiliation or shame, but did not bring about such intent.

3. On April 24, 2015, the Defendant, at around 18:00, taken the image of the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, against the victim’s will, but did not commit an attempted crime, even though the Defendant tried to take the image of another person’s body against the victim’s will, on the wind that the body part of the victim’s body is not taken, with the victim’s body taken, by putting the Defendant’s name at the seat of the F apartmentdong, which is the Defendant’s house E, and installing a portable pen with the Defendant’s body attached to the Defendant’s body inside the crypt, with the Defendant’s body attached to the crypt, and then crypted with the camera function in the crypt

4. On April 28, 2015, at around 18:00, at the same place as Paragraph 3, the Defendant taken pictures of the form of sexual intercourse with the victim with a video for about 11 minutes in the same manner as Paragraph 3, and taken the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his/her will.
