Nevertheless, around August 22, 2012, the Defendant created three storage tanks in the foregoing F station and kept approximately 13,200 liters of fake petroleum products, which can substitute light oil for automobiles, mixed with 35%, 15%, and 5%, respectively.

The Defendant A, an employee of the Defendant, made and kept approximately 13,200 liters of fake petroleum products that can replace light oil for automobiles by mixing with other petroleum products (such as light oil, etc.) in relation to the Defendant’s business at the above date and time and place.
