A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, 1-1098 No. 1-1098 each is indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Punishment of the crime

From June 19, 2014, the Defendant is a person who has been operating a petroleum retail store under the trade name called BJ from Mai-si to Mai-si.

No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products.

The Defendant had the mind to manufacture and sell fake petroleum products by mixing it with light oil, and around April 16, 2015, the Defendant stored light oil storage tanks in the front partitions of L tank vehicles operated by the Defendant to K, an engineer of construction equipment, in the vicinity of the construction site in Seoul and the Seoul metropolitan area, and stored oil in the partitions, and then filled in the partitions. After mixing it with light: 5: 5: Fake petroleum products mixed with light 4.5 malk oil, and 218,00 won was supplied from the victim to December 8, 2015, the Defendant was supplied to the victim’s construction equipment, namely, KRW 218,00,00 for oil price, from that time until December 8, 2015, and was supplied to 399 to 109-14939-194, 3964, 1965, 396, 3964, 196, and 1965.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims, obtained the amount equivalent to the above amount, and at the same time manufactured and sold fake petroleum products.
