A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (AD) is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On October 23:55, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car and operated the five-lane road in front of the waterside basin of Daegu Suwon-gu along the two-lanes from the waterside distance to the waterside distance, and changed the lanes into three-lanes.
