Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall post a banner except those prescribed by the Public Official Election Act in order to influence the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day.

5. On April 3, 2020, at around 08:00 to 09:00, the Defendant posted two banners of the same content on the pan-distance road located in the Daegu Suwon-gu Pungdong.

6. Around 08:00 to 09:00 on April 6, 2020, the Defendant posted one banner with the same content as the front road in Daegu Suwon-gu D.

7. On April 7, 2020, at around 08:00 to 09:00, the Defendant posted three banners of the same content on the two o-distance road located in Daegu Suwon-gu Two-dong.

8. The Defendant, on April 8, 2020, runs two o-distance in Daegu Suwon-dong around 08:00 to 09:00.
