1. Defendant Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. and G jointly share KRW 58,353,415 to Plaintiff A, and KRW 4,849,600 to Plaintiff C.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) Defendant F is a party’s status. Defendant F is a third-story building on the H ground in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant building”).
(C) No. 25 of the second floor (hereinafter “the instant store”) is called “the instant store.”
Defendant G leased the instant store from Defendant F on December 20, 209, and Defendant G leased the instant store from December 20, 2005. The lease agreement was renewed on December 20, 2009.
