Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Cren car.

On November 2, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car on and around 12:30 on November 2, 2012, and proceeded along the four-distance intersection from the entrance of the 88 gymnae-dong, Maza Hospital, along one-lane from the south-do Office, to the 88 gymnasium.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the injury to the victim D, such as chest and distribution salt, tension, etc., the injury to the victim F (the victim F (the victim 26 years old), who is the above taxi passenger, for about two weeks of medical treatment, and the injury to the head of the same victim G (the 23 years old), for approximately two days of safety medical treatment.
