1. From June 14, 2016 to June 7, 2017, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 520,547 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its related amount.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant; hereinafter “Plaintiff”)’s son B worked as an employee of the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff; hereinafter “Defendant”) and retired from the Plaintiff around 2014, and operated an individual business entity called “C” in the name of the Plaintiff.

B. On September 15, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) that leases approximately 100 square meters of the first floor of the building located in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon and six shooting machine installed in the building (hereinafter “instant shooting machine”) from the Defendant, and was handed over the said building and six shooting machine around that time.

C. The Plaintiff was provided with gold-type and materials necessary for the production of clocks, etc. from the Defendant, and agreed to produce products, such as clocks, and supply them to the Defendant and receive the price for the goods.
