Punishment of the crime

[Status of the Defendants] Defendant A, a person operating E-Gun F, G, etc., was elected as H Council members at the 5th and 6th simultaneous local elections, and was engaged in activities based on E area (election district I, J, K, L). From October 2017 to October 7, 2017, Defendant A is a person who, from January 2018, intends to become a candidate for E-Gun in the 7th simultaneous local elections, orders the electoral district residents to be publicized in preparation for simultaneous local elections, produce placards, participate in various kind of friendship organizations, local events, etc. in E, and from January 2018.

C From around 2015, a person who operates N in M maintains a pro-friendly relationship with A, and around September 2017, a person who is able to be elected A, such as proposing E-Gun forwarding horse to A, connecting a banner production company as a part of election preparation, and introducing A from the above gathering to the electoral citizens, by notifying the schedule of various gatherings, such as a square club, mountain club, etc.

[2] No person who violates the Act on Election of Public Officials of Defendant A shall offer money, goods, motor vehicles, horses, entertainment, or other property benefits to an elector for the purpose of having another person cast or not cast a vote, or getting elected or not to be elected, and no person who intends to become a candidate, such as a National Assembly member, a local council member, and the head of a local government, or a candidate shall make a contribution to any person in the constituency, or any institution, organization, or facility outside the constituency, even if such person is outside the constituency.

The defendant shall be the head of the village and the leader of the rural community in E for the purpose of being elected to the head of the E-Gun.
