Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected to the Internet Online Game B B B B website (htp:/bns. Plac.com) and posted a false letter “I sell the game money” at the game hosting room; (b) received money from the victim E (Nam, 49 years old) to the account under the name of the Defendant as the sales proceeds for the amount of 8,000 won for the game money.

In fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell 8,000 game money.

Accordingly, the defendant's false writing obtained 140,000 won from the victim to the sales proceeds of game money.
