A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act;

A. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On April 7, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car on April 22, 2013, and proceeded ahead of the water cooperative road located in the Seosan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, to the middle distance from the side of Saturdays.

Since there are frequent traffic of vehicles and crosswalks where signal lights are installed, the defendant engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely, such as booming and slowly driving.

B. The Defendant, as seen above, escaped to the light apartment, while leaving the light apartment without putting the steering gear on the front, was negligent in failing to properly operate the steering gear, and the Defendant, as part of the right side of the said rocketing car, was driven by the Defendant, and destroyed the 2,530,621 won of the repair cost, which is owned by the victim E, and escaped without immediately stopping the vehicle and without taking necessary measures.
