A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who operated a private horse race track with B.

No one shall, in relation to a racing conducted by a marina society, engage another person to commit an act similar to a horse riding voting, and thus, pay goods or financial benefits to the enemy, while the accused, from May 10, 2013, together with B, shall not commit an act.

5. By November 1, 200, in the office of "D" on the second floor of the building in the wife population C, the office of "D" used the "E", which is a private horse site, for the racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association against customers, such as F, etc., and for the payment of dividends according to the racing result, the total amount of KRW 8,795,00,00 over 362 times as shown in the attached list of crimes, and paid dividends accordingly.

As a result, in collusion with B, the Defendant provided property or property benefits to the enemy and opened gambling for profit by inducing them to engage in acts similar to the riding voting on the racing conducted by a marina society.
