Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a reason of obstructing the performance of official duties in the Changwon District Court Branch Branch, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for obstructing the performance of official duties in the Changwon District Court Branch on September 9, 2015, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on November 24, 2015, and completed the execution of the said sentence on March 24, 2017.

피고인은 2018. 5. 12. 00:10 경 함안군 가야읍 가야로 85 소재 함 안 경찰서 정문 초소에 들어와 그곳에서 근무 중이 던 함 안경찰서 C 계 소속 일 경인 피해자 D(20 세 )에게 “ 야 이 씨 발 놈 아 총 가져온 나, 다 쏴 죽여 버린다, 씨 발 놈 아 형사 새끼들 데리고 온 나 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 경찰서 건물 안으로 들어가려고 하였고, 이에 피해 자가 피고인이 들어가지 못하도록 제지하자 “ 내가 니 수갑 채운다, 니 계급이 뭐 고 씨 발 놈 아 ”라고 욕설하면서 등산화 발로 일경 D의 우측 정강이 부위를 1회 걷어 차 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 상 세 불명의 아래 다리 부분의 타박상을 가하였다.
