Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for six months.

, however, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants conspired to submit a construction machinery registration certificate stating false details in the construction machinery inspection in order to conceal the fact that the Defendants did not conduct a regular inspection of C dump trucks.

Defendant A, in accordance with the above public offering, entered the following as 'regular inspection', 'regular inspection', '2018-02-01', '2019-02-01', '201', '2019-02-01', and 'Pump truck registration certificate inspection column of construction machinery in the name of Hong-gun-gun', in order to exercise it in the office of the dispute settlement council office in Hong-gun, Hong-gun, D'.

As a result, the Defendants modified one copy of the registration and inspection certificate of construction machinery in the name of the red Gun, an official document, for the purpose of joint exercise.

B. Defendant A sent the altered official document to Defendant B by facsimile the registration certificate of construction machinery, which is an official document under the name of Hongsung-gun, altered as described in paragraph (1), at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) in accordance with the foregoing public offering. Defendant B submitted the altered document to G agency of the F company without knowledge of the fact that the altered document was duly completed.

As a result, the Defendants jointly exercised the altered official document.

2. Defendant B’s crime

A. Around July 2018, the Defendant changed official document: (a) stated that it is a “regular inspection on construction machinery registration certificate inspection column in the name of Hongsung-gun’s name”; (b) on June 18, 2017; (c) on June 18, 2018; and (d) on June 18, 2018; (c) the inspection institution’s name and seal of a person in charge of the foregoing office, the Defendant changed one copy of the registration and inspection certificate of construction machinery in the name of the Hongsung-gun, a document for the purpose of exercising the name of the person in charge of the foregoing office.

B. Paragraph 1 is applicable to the uttering of an altered official document.
