Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year of imprisonment for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties in Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court on July 22, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 30, 2014, and is currently under the grace period.
In addition, on December 9, 2014, the Suwon District Court sentenced four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business, etc. with Ansan District Court's Ansan Branch's work on January 20, 2015 and sentenced the dismissal of the appeal by the Suwon District Court's judgment on April 23, 2015 and continued the appeal by the Suwon District Court (2015No2320) at the present Suwon District Court (20).
