Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On March 17, 1994, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Seoul Northern District Court for the following reasons: (a) on June 24, 1998, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years; (b) on November 29, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a prison term of eight months in the Seoul East Eastern District Court for night-time building intrusion theft; (c) on September 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months in the imprisonment for night-time building intrusion theft; and (d) on the same day, on the same day, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch for six months.

5. Of the amount of damage, “154,00 won” appears to be “14,00 won,” “54,000 won for damaged goods,” “50,400 won,” “38,400 won,” “33,600 won,” respectively.
The total market value of 708,000 won was stolen over five times, such as the statement.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night, and stolen the property owned by the victim.
