Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7 million.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A On January 11, 2017, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution to a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Intermediation of Commercial Sex Acts (e.g., brokerage of commercial sex acts) at the Seoul Central District Court, and decided on April 22, 2017.
1. Defendant A shall not engage in any act similar to the riding voting in connection with racing conducted by a marina society, thus paying property or financial benefits to the enemy, and shall not become the other party to such act;
Nevertheless, on March 28, 2015, the Defendant joined the Defendant’s house located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, as a member at the Defendant’s office (G and operation office located in H), and transferred KRW 2,150,000 to the deposit account designated at the above site, and received payment of cyber money equivalent to such amount, and designated a race forecast race and race race in the Gyeong-gu Korean society in such cyber money, and lost the cyber money that was feased at the time of non-feascing, and changed the cyber money by exchanging the subsequent cyber money in cash after receiving cyber money in accordance with the dividend rate.
From that time to March 20, 2016, the Defendant charged a total of KRW 313,600,000 over 280 times, as shown in the list 1 of the crimes committed in the attached Table 280.
2. Defendant B shall not engage in any act similar to the riding voting in connection with racing conducted by a marina society, and shall not become the other party to such act as above, and shall not become the other party to the act;
Nevertheless, on August 28, 2015, the Defendant joined the Defendant’s house located in Young-gun I (G and operating office: H located in Gwangju-gu) as a member at the Defendant’s house located in Young-gun I and transferred KRW 3 million to the deposit account designated at the above site.
