A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence1 to 3 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

From around 2009, the Defendant lived with the victim C (math, 56 years of age). From around 2012, from around A to B of the victim C, the Defendant abused the victim E with the victim’s children D (32 years of age), E (nive, 31 years of age) and the victim E (nive, 31 years of age).

1. On October 2012, the Defendant, while drunkly drinking at the Defendant’s house located in Jeju-si F, around 22:00, carried a dangerous object, such as knife (30cm in total length, 20cm in knife length) and knife (20cm in knife length, knife length) on the victim, and threatened the victim with a dangerous object, such as “I will not see because I will do so because I do not have to do so.”

3. From July 30, 2013 to July 30, 2013, the Defendant discovered that there was the victim E house in Jeju, a building adjacent to the Defendant’s residence, at Jeju, during the process of the Defendant’s house, and voiced the said victim “only scars are dead. Scars are dead. Scars are dead, Scars are dead and dead.” The Defendant threatened the said victim from July 30, 2013 to July 30, 2013.

9. Until May, 9. By all, the victim threatened the victim five times in total, such as the list of offenses in the annexed list of crimes.
