A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1 to 3 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Since 2016, the defendant complained of symptoms that he had resided in neighboring areas B's voice to return.

1. Around July 15:00 on July 7, 2019, the Defendant threatened the victim C with the victim “Shora. R. R. R. R. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L. L.W.) without any special reason.”

2. Around July 15:30 on July 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found the victim E (n, 51 years of age) in his/her residence in Yongcheon-si, Yongcheon-si; (b) under the influence of alcohol, he/she saw the victim as a dangerous object (the 41cm in total length, 22cm in daily length) and his/her fingers (12cm in total length, 33cm in daily length, 12cm in daily length) and put the victim into his/her hand, while doing so, the Defendant took the same attitude in order to improve the victim and to inflict knife in his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. Around July 19:30 on July 7, 2019, the Defendant re-exploited the victim E (n, 51 years of age) at the residence of the victim as stated in paragraph (2) and, under the influence of alcohol, expressed the victim E and the victim C with a knife (19cm in total length, 31cm in total, 19cm in daily length) as dangerous articles without any special reason, and took the same attitude to put the victims to knife with their knife.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.
